Welcome to Level Labora. This document serves as the formal agreement between our laboratory and you, the user. By accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you are entering a space defined by Italian craftsmanship, digital precision, and mutual respect for intellectual property.

We avoid the standard jargon of the tech industry to bring you terms that are as clear as our UI. Effective as of January 29, 2026, these guidelines govern your interaction with our apps, our experiments, and our brand.

01. Governance & Applicability

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to Level Labora is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. We operate under the legal jurisdiction of Italy, with our primary base in Rome.

The Terms Balance

— Strict IP Protection We guard our source code fiercely; mitigated by providing open API documentation for community developers where appropriate.
— Regional Jurisdiction Legal disputes must be handled in Rome; mitigated by our commitment to resolve all user concerns within 48 hours via digital channels.
— Auto-Updates Apps may update without notice to ensure security; mitigated by providing a 'rollback' log in our technical manifesto.

02. Intellectual
Property Ethics

Every asset you see—from the specific sapphire hex codes of our buttons to the logic flow of our haptic feedback systems—is the exclusive property of Level Labora. We view our software as a digital gallery, and each app is a curated exhibit.

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our applications for personal, non-commercial use. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape data from our laboratory is a breach of this trust.

Level Labora trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers.

03. User Conduct & Constraints

By using our services, you agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Service). We expect a sub-200ms interaction latency for all our users; automated bots that spike our server loads are strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. Level Labora cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security requirements.

04. Limitation of Liability

Level Labora provides its services "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Level Labora be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. However, our Milan-based engineering team works tirelessly to maintain 99.9% uptime and stability across all iOS and Android deployments.

Administrative Indices

Modifications: We reserve the right to replace these terms. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Termination: We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Level Labora-associated developers and its licensee and licensors from and against any claims.
